Since 2000, Bismi Bakery & Paniyan Shop, founded by Mr. Haja Maideen, has been bringing the timeless taste of traditional homemade delicacies to the Karaikal and Delta region.
What started as a humble journey has grown into a name trusted for authentic taste, traditional recipes, and freshly prepared delicacies.
Our specialities include the much-loved Nanahatha, Dhammadai, Poo Adai, Kuvalai Cake, and a delicious variety of traditional Paniyan — each carrying the unique flavour and warmth of homemade cooking.
